It is the customer’s responsibility to provide us with accurate information regarding the product. You must be clear and descriptive about your requirements.

The artwork we send is the final depiction of your design; therefore, it is your responsibility to thoroughly check it to ensure it meets your instructions. You are responsible for proofreading any text and verifying colours, threads, and other design elements.

Once you approve the artwork, you must email it back to us with a note confirming your approval. After placing the order, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. As this is a custom product, it holds no resale value for us. Therefore, once production has begun, cancellations are not permitted. You may, however, cancel the order before production starts.

You must have legal ownership of all trademarks, copyrights, and logos. By submitting your artwork, you confirm that you have the legal right to reproduce or have reproduced any designs, logos, or images you provide. You must also ensure that the artwork you submit does not infringe on the rights of any individual or company in any way.

It is your responsibility to provide the correct physical shipping address. Once a tracking code has been issued, we are not liable for any shipping delays caused by the courier due to force majeure or any other reason. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, misrouted shipments, or customs-related delays.

We ship internationally. However, free shipping is only available for orders within the USA. International customers will be charged shipping fees and are solely responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

If there is a manufacturing defect or if the final product does not match the approved artwork, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order. If the issue is due to our error, we will reproduce your patches at no additional cost and resend them.

All payments are securely processed via our payment provider, Stripe, Inc.
